Richard Branca
President
Richard has been the President of Bergen Engineering Co. and Branca Properties since taking over for his parents, Inez and Barney Branca, in 1980. He has more than 45 years of experience in general construction, construction management, and property development. Richard is also the Principal Partner of Concord Hospitality Enterprises, an international hotel management and development company based out of Raleigh, North Carolina. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering and Business Administration from the University of Colorado and is a professionally licensed engineer in the states of New Jersey, Colorado and Texas.
