Concord Hospitality Enterprises was established in 1985 by Mark Laport and Branca Properties’ President, Richard Branca. Based out of Raleigh, North Carolina, Concord Hospitality is a third-party hotel management company that holds contracts with leading brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, Hyatt, Choice, and InterContinental Hotels. With over 90 hotels across the USA and Canada and more than 4,000 associates, Concord Hospitality has become one of the top ranked hotel companies in North America. 

In addition to third-party management, Concord Hospitality has developed numerous hotel properties across the United States and Canada. A number of these properties were built in New Jersey and New York by Bergen Engineering Co.
