Bergen Engineering is one of New Jersey's largest and most successful general contracting firms. Founded in 1945 by Barney and Inez Branca, the company has built more than three million square feet of office, industrial, and hospitality properties across the the Northeast.

Today, Bergen Engineering counts the Home Depot, the New York Times, Marriott Hotels, Rutgers University and the YMCA among its many clients. Bergen Engineering remains family-owned and operated, and is currently led by Barney and Inez’s son, Richard Branca.
